Regulations of the Online Store
- General Provisions
1.1. These Regulations define the rules for using the online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") available at castle-gothic.pl.
1.2. Using the Store constitutes acceptance of these Regulations. The customer is obliged to read its content before making purchases.

2.1. Orders are placed via the Store by adding products to the cart and following the instructions of the ordering system.
2.2. After placing the order, the Customer will receive confirmation of its acceptance by e-mail. The confirmation contains basic information about the order.
2.3. If it is impossible to complete the order (e.g. no goods in stock), the Store will immediately notify the Customer and refund any payments made.
2.4. All product prices given in the Store are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include applicable VAT.

- Returns and Complaints
4.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The conditions for withdrawal from the contract are specified in the Returns Policy, available on the Store's website.
4.2. If you receive goods that are damaged or do not comply with the order, the customer has the right to file a complaint. The complaint conditions are specified in the Complaint Policy, available on the Store's website.
