When contacting us, please include in your message: your order number, order date, and full name. This will help us find your order faster and assist you. Also check your spam folder — our emails sometimes end up there.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is free and takes 14 to 21 business days. We ship orders to customers worldwide, so delivery times may be longer than domestic shipments. Every order is processed and delivered. If 3 weeks have passed since your order date and you still haven't received your package, please contact us — we'll check the status of your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take a few days for the tracking number to update, but it always updates before the package is delivered. It's just a matter of patience — the shipment status will change at the right time.

I didn't receive an order confirmation

Check the spam or junk mail folder in your email inbox. Our order confirmations sometimes end up there automatically. If you still can't find the message, please contact us.

Can I return a product and get a refund?

Yes, you have 14 days to return the product from the date you received it. Send the product to our address (return shipping costs are covered by the buyer). Once we receive the return, we will process the refund. When contacting us about a return, please provide: your order number, purchase date, reason for the return, and bank details (IBAN) so we can transfer the funds directly to your account.
