SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days from the time they are placed.
Processing includes preparing the order for shipment and handing over the package to the carrier.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CET) or on non-working days may be processed on the next business day.
Order processing takes place from Monday to Saturday.


Delivery Time

Once the package is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 10 business days, depending on the recipient’s location and the chosen shipping method.

Deliveries are made on business days from Monday to Saturday.


Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time consists of:

  • order processing time (1–5 business days),

  • transit time (2–10 business days),

and amounts to 3 to 15 business days from the moment the order is placed.


Information on Possible Delays

The provided delivery times are estimates.
In exceptional situations beyond the seller's direct control (such as increased logistic load, holiday periods, customs checks, weather conditions, or delays on the carrier's side), delivery may be extended beyond the estimated timeframe.

In case of delays, we make every effort to deliver the order as quickly as possible and to keep the customer informed about the shipment status.


Delivery Issues

If there are problems with delivery (delay, lack of status updates, lost package), please contact us.
We provide support in clarifying the matter with the carrier and finding an appropriate solution.


Order Cancellation and Refund

If the order is not delivered within a timeframe that significantly exceeds the provided estimated delivery time, the customer has the right to contact us to clarify the situation or to cancel the order in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
